Last week Pizarro surprised many by declaring he wanted a change of scenery just hours after the Viola missed out on a Champions League spot.
According to the Corriere dello Sport, the primary target to fill in for the former Manchester City midfielder is Parker.
The 32-year-old Spurs captain would be available for around €7m, claims the Corriere, and fit into Vincenzo Montella’s high quality midfield.
Meanwhile, Fiorentina are also close to a deal for Chievo striker Cyril Thereau, as they have offered Haris Seferovic and Maxwell Acosty as part of the proposal.
Those players are currently out on loan in Serie B with Novara and Juve Stabia respectively.
