Pantaleo Corvino says everyone at Fiorentina is “pulling in the same direction” as the club’s desire is “to reach the sky” and “win some silverware”.
Fiorentina’s last trophy remains the 2001 Coppa Italia, but La Viola are challenging on three fronts for the fifth consecutive season and Corvino believes unity will be key for his side to end their barren spell on the title front.
“Objectives? There’s great enthusiasm,” the sporting director told Rtv 38.

“Andrea Della Valle has the same enthusiasm and desire to reach the sky, [winning] some silverware with Fiorentina: that’s our great objective.
“There’s a desire to do well and a desire to win. The Della Valles, I can guarantee you, want to do something important, something important in football for the city of Florence.
“There’s a will and desire on the Della Valles’ part and we’re all pulling in the same direction.”
