Vincenzo Montella says both his goalkeepers are ‘not in top physical condition’, so he has some advice for Dynamo Kiev.
The Viola Coach addressed the issue at today’s Press conference before the Europa League Quarter Final, and joked that the Ukrainians should shoot from the halfway line.
“Both of our goalkeepers are not in top physical condition,” Montella admitted.

“Both Neto and [Ciprian] Tatarusanu are not at 100 per cent, so my advice for the Dynamo players is not to get too close to the goal, just have a go from the halfway line!”
Forward Mario Gomez has been pilloried for performance in the defeat to Napoli, but the Coach defended his player, and hinted he could start tomorrow.
“It would be wrong to attach blame to one player in what has been a difficult period. I expect more from all of my experienced players.
“I’ll send the best team I have out onto the pitch, as I’ve always done. I’ll have to evaluate a few things, but I have clear ideas about who will start tomorrow.”
