Andre Silva is also wanted by Watford, but Monaco would be able to provide a swap with a reliable and gritty centre-forward in the mould that Coach Gennaro Gattuso appreciates.
The 32-year-old is under contract until June 2020 and joined Monaco in 2013, with loan spells at Manchester United and Chelsea.
Milan paid €40m to get Andre Silva from FC Porto last summer, so along with Falcao, Monaco would have to hand over a substantial amount of cash too.
