Urby Emanuelson has warned Milan “it’s not enough for me to make brief appearances. I’ll be a starter soon enough.”
The Dutchman can play as left-back, winger, midfielder or even trequartista, but was left on the bench in Saturday’s 3-1 win at Bologna.

The Dutchman can play as left-back, winger, midfielder or even trequartista, but was left on the bench in Saturday’s 3-1 win at Bologna.
“It was a difficult time for us with all those transfers, but fortunately it has now finished and we earned our first win of the season,” Emanuelson told Nusport.nl.
“I had a good pre-season and played a lot last year, so now I must concentrate on getting a place in the starting XI.
“It’s not enough for me to make brief appearances, but obviously I have to prove that I deserve my spot. In the last round I didn’t even get to play for a single minute, but I’ll be a starter soon enough.”
