“The game against Chievo on Saturday illustrated that this side knows how to score goals,” he added seeing as the Old Lady are the League’s most prolific with 11 goals in four games to date.
Elkann, grandson of Gianni Agnelli, also returned to the club’s Champions League clash at Stamford Bridge last week.
“There was the reaction that I had hoped for,” he noted of his side’s fight-back from 2-0 down to collect a 2-2 draw. “I, like all Juventus fans, was very happy.
“Chelsea played well, but Juventus showed that we have character.
“It is not easy to start a Champions League campaign away to the reigning champions, but it proved that Juventus are a great side.”
