Stephan El Shaarawy has claimed that Milan are aiming for a second place finish come the end of the season.
The Rossoneri are currently third, two points behind Napoli. And the young forward has insisted that his side cannot make any mistakes between now and the end of the campaign.
“The goal of course is to make second place,” he told Gazzetta dello Sport. “But it is a challenge.
“We must not make any mistakes and we have to have commitment and belief – because it could still happen.”
The Italy international then commented on a possible future away from San Siro, as well as his storming down the tunnel after being substituted against Palermo last month.
“Possible suitors do not interest me – not even clubs abroad.
“I did not have a problem with the Coach, but with myself, because [against the Rosanero] I played well below my usual level.
“So I decided to go straight to the locker room without stopping on the bench.
“Allegri and I have a strong bond.”
