Napoli agreed a €28m deal with Lazio, including bonuses, but discussions over personal terms have been holding up the move.

Once again, image rights are the issue, as Napoli want all players to sign over their image rights rather than ‘rent’ them out to the club, which is what normally happens.

Sky Sport Italia claim that Candreva is prepared to sell his image rights to Napoli for €1m, but the issue now is who pays that €1m.

Napoli and Lazio are in negotiations to work out who is responsible for the extra cash.

Once that is sorted out, Candreva should be able to complete the transfer.
