Sassuolo Coach Eusebio Di Francesco admits Pescara's Gianluca Lapadula has 'great quality', but won't speak of signing him.
The future of Serie B's outstanding striker is currently up in the air, but one possible path could lead him to the Neroverdi, perhaps on loan after Juventus purchase him outright.

“I don't talk about players who belong to other teams, at the most I can evaluate them from a technical point of view,” said Sassuolo's Coach Di Francesco, as reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport. “Lapadula is a striker of great quality.
“He was decisive in Serie B and I like his mentality above all else. He always thinks about the upcoming game, and not about the one in which he just scored.
“He's someone who aims for the top, just like Sassuolo. I didn't ask [Pescara Coach Massimo] Oddo about him, or I'd have simply inflated the price.”
Finally, Di Francesco also mentioned Sime Vrsaljko, who is being targeted by a variety of clubs.
“He has important qualities. If he goes abroad, our championship is going to lose one of its best full-backs.”
