After making a scene during Roma's 2-0 win over Cagliari at the weekend, Mattia Destro apparently had to explain himself to teammates.
The striker was unhappy at being taken off midway through the second half, having opened the scoring for the Giallorossi after 10 minutes, and threw his bib to the floor in the technical area after being replaced by Miralem Pjanic.

Coach Rudi Garcia refused to speak publicly about the matter, saying it was an internal affair for the club to deal with.
However, the Corriere della Sera have revealed that the 23-year-old forward was asked in the hours after the game to explain himself to the whole dressing room.
The paper believes that Destro’s apology came before the incident caused any problems between player and Coach, and that the former Siena starlet is expected to remain in first-team plans as a result.
