“As you know I am 37… in fact 3+7 is 10… but this time, and not just now, you all deserve 10 out of 10.
“I also wish to thank all my colleagues, and all my opponents, who wanted to reserve a thought for me on my birthday. Many of them said words that cannot help but move me.
