“At this level, all teams are strong and it is a complicated group,” Del Bosque told Rai Sport.
“The most important thing for us is to be prepared for the start of the tournament.
“The most recent precedent, a defeat to Italy, does weigh on us, but the other opponents are not to be underestimated either.
“We want to win the second consecutive European Championship after winning back-to-back Euro and World Cup trophies. Spain want to achieve what nobody has ever done before.”
