“I always try to improve and I’ll do the same in 2018,” De Vrij told Lazio Style Channel as he attended the club’s Christmas party.
“As for the contract renewal, I don’t know what’s going to happen.”
The last couple of weeks have been dominated by tension over VAR and refereeing decisions.
“It’s a nice atmosphere tonight, as we’re doing well and the fans are smiling. We want to go forward, what’s happened is already in the past and we should focus on the future.”
