Newly-promoted Crotone confirm they will announce their Coach next week and it’s likely to be Walter Zenga.
The tiny club will be in Serie A for the first time next season, having finished second in Serie B behind Cagliari.
Their tactician, Ivan Juric, has already announced his departure to take on the Genoa job.
“Time is running short and by Tuesday or Wednesday we will give the all-clear for the new Coach,” Crotone director of sport Beppe Ursino told Itasportpress.

Their tactician, Ivan Juric, has already announced his departure to take on the Genoa job.
“Time is running short and by Tuesday or Wednesday we will give the all-clear for the new Coach,” Crotone director of sport Beppe Ursino told Itasportpress.
“There are only three options left and among them is Zenga, a very talented Coach who proved he has important qualities both on the pitch and in the locker room.
“We are also tracking De Zerbi, Boscaglia and Nicola, but never took Zdenek Zeman into consideration."
Zenga was fired by Sampdoria mid-season and is currently working as a RAI pundit for Italy games.
“The new Coach might not necessarily have the same tactical ideas as Juric, but we mustn’t lose the work-rate and determined mentality.
“In Serie A we need to raise the bar and we’ll sign several elements for the top flight, but first of all we must hear from our new Coach.”
