Crotone are preparing an offer for Osasuna creative midfielder Fran Merida after securing their Serie A safety.
The Calabrese club will have a second consecutive campaign in the top flight after a comeback on the final day of the season.
According to Sportitalia, they are now in negotiations for 27-year-old Merida, who is on the market following Osasuna’s relegation from La Liga.
He contributed one goal in 15 Liga games this season, but did not get much regular playing time.
