However, Italian site calcionews24.com claims new Chelsea manager Conte was spotted in London having lunch with Manolas’ agent, Ioannis Evangelopoulos today.
This week Conte was finally announced as the Chelsea Coach for next season and that means he can openly begin planning his team.
Manolas has a contract with Roma until 2019 worth €1.5m plus bonuses per season, so Chelsea and Arsenal interest could be used to get an improved wage deal.
