“I have felt the fans passion since I arrived here,” he told Roma Channel. “There were a lot of fans even when I arrived at the airport.
“They sing and encourage us even in training. I’ve really felt their presence. I had been told about their passion, and I can’t wait to see it in the stadium.
“Hopefully I can contribute to something special. I’ve always had that winning mentality, and I’ve been lucky enough to be successful in my career.
“The goal here is to win. If we don’t I’ll be disappointed.”
