Club Brugge's director general Vincent Mannaert says that banning supporters from the stadium is a 'great advantage' for Napoli.
The Europa League clash between the Partenopei and the Belgian club, scheduled for 20:05 UK time this Thursday, will be played behind closed doors.
“This is a great disadvantage for us, who have our qualification at stake, unlike Napoli,” he told Tuttomercatoweb. “We're disappointed, but at the same time we can't change the situation.
“We're in touch with UEFA and they were clear: there is no chance of rescheduling the match either.”
Napoli are already qualified for the next round and will not be fielding a full squad.
“They're still a top team, even when they rest many players. So our lads will have to be good, focused and they must not underestimate an opponent that will always be competitive.
“Thomas Meunier? He's a likeable player and I have a good relationship with both Napoli and Inter, but right now there are no solid offers.”
