The Champions League draw has been kind to Juventus who will face Celtic, but evil for Milan as they’ll have to take on Barcelona.

The Italian champions ran the risk of being paired with Real Madrid despite topping their group, but they will have a trip to Scotland instead.

Milan, meanwhile, were always set to face a tricky last 16 tie after Malaga beat them to top spot in their section.

Milan, meanwhile, were always set to face a tricky last 16 tie after Malaga beat them to top spot in their section.

Juventus have faced Celtic on four occasions in history, but they’ve always been beaten in Glasgow.

They lost 1-0 there in 1981 and then 4-3 in 2001. The Old Lady have a 100 per cent record at home though with 2-0 and 3-2 victories.

Barcelona and Milan faced each other four times in last year’s edition of the Champions League, with the Catalans and Rossoneri sharing a group stage before then crossing swords in 2011-12’s quarter-finals. Barca won two games and there were two draws.

Elsewhere and Real Madrid, after facing Manchester City in the group stages, will take on Manchester United.

Arsenal will play Bayern Munich, while Carlo Ancelotti’s Paris Saint-Germain will fancy their chances against Valencia.

The first legs will take place on 12/13 and 19/20 February, with the second legs due to be played on 5/6 and 12/13 March.

The draw…

Celtic v Juventus

Milan v Barcelona

Galatasaray v Schalke

Arsenal v Bayern Munich

Shakhtar Donetsk v Borussia Dortmund

Real Madrid v Manchester United

Valencia v Paris SG

Porto v Malaga
