According to the Corriere dello Sport, they have identified electronics colossus TCL Corporation as one of the main backers.
The Chinese State is also said to be involved via China Huarong, an asset management group.

Italian newspaper Sole 24 Ore names China Construction Bank – the second largest bank in China – Ping An insurance and Baoshang Bank.
Now China Merchant Bank of Guangdong are also said to be taking part in the Milan takeover.
It’s reported that when President Silvio Berlusconi’s Fininvest signed the initial deal on August 5, there was a clause demanding at least three of those big companies would be involved in the closing.
