“Yesterday when President Berlusconi saluted me, I was doing extra fitness work to catch up to the others as soon as possible,” Cerci told Milan Channel.
“We need to face every game to win and give our absolute all. It’ll be difficult against Torino. I know Giampiero Ventura and his teams well.
“In order to win tonight, we will need a great performance, but the three points are fundamental.”
Cerci also spoke to Sky Sport Italia on what it was like to be back at the Olimpico.
“It’s always a strong emotion to come here. I am at the disposal of the Coach and probably in better shape than I expected.
“The Toro fans know they are still part of my life and I got a tattoo dedicated to Torino and their fans, so they’ll always be close to me.”
