“This is an important game against a side that is struggling in terms of results, but has in any case proved its quality on the field in the first half of the season,” said the Coach in a Press conference.
“We must do well to play our game with concentration and determination, maintaining cool heads and getting the right approach.
“The table is tightening up and that means there is a more balanced outlook in the second half of the season.
“Everything is still up for grabs and it’s all there to play for. We’re trailing, but we still believe, because it’s all open to any outcome.
“I always have a lot of respect for our opponents and we must go into each game with the right humility. The match will be difficult regardless of recent results.”
Eddy Gnahore and Matteo Fedele are the only absentees for Carpi.
