“It was difficult in Udine,” the Brazilian noted on Friday. “I had a few compatibility issues with some people there.

The forward has been a long-time target of the Turin club and he was specifically requested by Giampiero Ventura, his former boss at Bari.

“Ventura is a special person for me and I’m ready to give my contribution,” added the South American who was born in 1985.

“Signing for Torino was a liberation for me, but I wasn’t sure of anything until yesterday.”
