Agent Mino Raiola has now confirmed the rumours that Balotelli will make a public apology for his behaviour.
“He wanted to make this apology and it comes from the heart. Nobody forced him to do it, because if he doesn’t want to do something then he won’t.
“Mario apologised because he knows he let everyone down, from his teammates to the fans and the club.”
The video message is expected to appear on Milan Channel later today.
