It was also reported a few hours later that the two clubs had secured a deal worth €30m, although it’s possible this could be whittled down with the inclusion of defender Adil Rami.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Milan medics will fly out to his home in Colombia to complete a medical within 48 or at most 72 hours.
Colombia crashed out of the Copa America this week, losing to Argentina on penalties, so Bacca would be available for a medical.
The Rossoneri have beaten Roma and Liverpool to the Sevilla man’s signature.
He scored 28 goals in 56 competitive club games for Sevilla this season, winning the Europa League.
