Atalanta welcomed back Luis Muriel, but now face injury concerns for Duvan Zapata and Giorgio Scalvini ahead of their Serie A showdown with Juventus.
La Dea turned on the style again this afternoon with a 5-2 Coppa Italia victory over Spezia in Bergamo, setting up their quarter-final date with Inter.
That game marked the return of Muriel from injury, but coach Gian Piero Gasperini had two new issues to deal with.
Scalvini went down clutching his knee and limped off, while Duvan Zapata felt another muscular problem at the top of his thigh.
According to initial reports, Scalvini only had a knock to the right knee and should be alright to play on Sunday.
However, there is less confidence when it comes to Duvan Zapata, as the Colombia international has barely played this season due to repeated muscular injuries.
Rasmus Hojlund and Ademola Lookman are expected to start anyway, especially after turning on the style against Spezia.
