Inter and Arsenal are set to battle over Genoa right-back Sime Vrsaljko in January with the price-tag at €10m.
According to both The Sun and The Mirror, Arsene Wenger has his heart set on the Croatian international.
The 21-year-old only joined Genoa in July and has a contract until June 2017, but has already done enough to impress top clubs.
Having signed him from Dinamo Zagreb for €4m (£3.52m), his valuation has more than doubled in three months to €10m (£7.5m).
The introduction of Arsenal into the mix further levitated the price-tag and sparked a bidding war with Inter.
