After reports PSG had agreed terms with Napoli for Alphonse Areola, the goalkeeper’s agent said he had “not heard from anyone yet.”
The shot-stopper has been heavily linked with Roma as well as the Partenopei and a deal was reported to be close for €20m plus bonuses.
That figure was confirmed by RAI Sport and Onda Cero, with the player offered a four-year contract.
“We know of Napoli’s interest, but have not heard from anyone yet,” agent Mino Raiola told Oracolo Rossonero.

Areola's contract with PSG is due to expire in June 2019, so the original theorised asking price of €35m was going to be unlikely.
He will also be pushed down the pecking order in Paris, as Gigi Buffon is due to sign a two-year deal.
