Italian international Daniel Pablo Osvaldo could still have a future at Roma, says boss Aurelio Andreazzoli.
The Argentine-born forward is being tipped to leave the Stadio Olimpico in the summer, but reminded everyone of his ability with a hat-trick against Siena on Sunday.
“He had a great game and deserved his hat-trick,” the tactician stated. “He's an excellent player and he's shown that lots of times.
“He's scored 15 goals this season and some top-drawer ones too.
“I'm not thinking about his future now and I don't know if I'll be asked for my opinion anyway.
“You get dips in form and there have been a few things that some of the fans haven't forgiven him for.
“But, like in all families, the time comes for you to kiss and make up and you strengthen your relationship.”
The former Espanyol man has been linked with a possible move abroad, even if Fiorentina and Juventus have also been paired with the 27-year-old.
Roma haven’t had any trouble scoring goals this term seeing as no other side has netted as many in Serie A.
“The numbers don't lie and they say that we've got a top-class front line.
“Now we want to improve our League position and keep increasing our points average. We'll do everything we can to keep producing the goods until the end.”
Roma have scored 68 goals in the top-flight this term, two more than Juventus and three more than Fiorentina.
However, only Pescara have conceded more than the Giallorossi this term.
