French newspapers claim Carlo Ancelotti will join Real Madrid after they pay €4.5m, as PSG pick Laurent Blanc.
The saga has been dragging on all summer, as Paris Saint-Germain had refused to release Ancelotti when Real Madrid stepped forward with their offer.
According to L’Equipe, the situation will be resolved over the next few days with Real paying a €4.5m buy-out fee to take the Coach.
However, it’s claimed Ancelotti will not sign for the Spaniards until July 3 due to tax purposes.
Le Parisien maintain this deal will be worth €8m per season for the former Juventus, Milan and Chelsea manager.
PSG also appear to have found Ancelotti’s heir, as talks are at an advanced stage with ex-France boss Blanc.
He had already been in the headlines this summer when on the verge of joining Roma, but talks broke down and the club chose Rudy Garcia instead.
