The Rossoneri had dominated Bologna last week, but a late goal saw it end 2-1 with a lot of pressure on the home team.

“We have to improve in the way we deal with the full 90 minutes, because we can’t risk drawing these games even when we are in control,” warned Allegri during his Press conference.

“We’ve got to keep possession without risks. I am happy with the team, as for example Stephan El Shaarawy didn’t score, but he put in a good performance and that is what we want from him.”

There have been changes over the last few days, as Cristian Zaccardo came in from Parma while Djamel Mesbah and Rodney Strasser went to the Tardini, plus Francesco Acerbi to Genoa.

“We are doing good work on the transfer market, because I am pleased to have a more streamlined squad. We will evaluate all situations up until January 31.

“Ignazio Abate will remain a Milan player, despite the transfer rumours. Robinho will have to rediscover himself before starting a game, as he is not in the best shape physically.

“I think Philippe Mexes and Cristian Zapata will start in defence tomorrow.”
