Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri has been in contact with Roma in regards to taking charge of the capital club next season, according to reports.
Sky Sport Italia have reported that the Rossoneri boss has held several discussions with the Giallorossi and could possibly be installed at Stadio Olimpico over the summer.
The news come in the wake of quotes from earlier today where vice-President Adriano Galliani suggested that the San Siro side were in no rush to tie the 45-year-old to a new contract.
Allegri has guided Milan to third place in Serie A and the latter stages of the Champions League, despite a terrible start to the campaign. His current deal ends in 2014.
