There are reports in France and Spain that Max Allegri taking the Paris Saint-Germain job could see Miralem Pjanic join him for Marquinhos or Marco Verratti to Juventus.
Cagliari President Tommaso Giulini revealed today that Allegri told him in January his “next adventure would be abroad,” and many believe he’ll replace Thomas Tuchel in Paris.
According to le10sport.com and Spanish paper Sport, this could influence the summer transfer strategy with Pjanic wanted by ex-Juventus coach Allegri at PSG.
The Bianconeri had tried to enact an exchange with Barcelona, but Arthur Melo is refusing to leave Camp Nou.
Instead, Paris Saint-Germain can provide a swap deal between Pjanic and either Marquinhos or even Italy international Verratti.
It would be intriguing to see Verratti in Turin with Maurizio Sarri and his 4-3-3 formation, taking a similar role to the one Jorginho had at his Napoli and Chelsea.
Juventus have long been tracking Verratti, ever since his days at Pescara, and it might be difficult to make him co-exist with Pjanic.
