Napoli midfielder Allan isn’t thinking about the Scudetto yet, but if they continue to play well it “will become one of our objectives”.
The Partenopei won their first Serie A game under Carlo Ancelotti, beating Lazio at the Stadio Olimpico on Saturday night.
“We had a good pre-season, we worked hard,” Allan told lance.com.
“We’re trying to put what the Coach asks us into practice as quickly as possible. We can’t think about the Scudetto already, we want to start well and take it one game at a time.

Allan also discussed the likely Scudetto rivals.
“Inter and Milan are two clubs with a great history in Italian and international football. They have had bad times, but they have invested a lot and are coming back to fight for a place in the Champions League.
“It’s a good thing for Italian football, which is returning to the level of competition it used to have, a tournament where the best players want to play.
“With the return of Inter and Milan, the prestige of the league will only increase.
“Cristiano Ronaldo? His arrival in Italy increases the visibility of the tournament and gives one more reason to compete.
“Obviously having a five-time Ballon d’Or winner in Italy is important and shows that clubs are getting back to spending big and wanting to fight for trophies.
“Cristiano Ronaldo’s arrival is important, he gives Juventus a lot of extra quality but one player alone can’t win the league.
“We’ll think about ourselves, we’ll do what we’ve always done and try to compete with Juventus.”
