The Granata are attempting to take the goalkeeper to Serie A, as part of a complicated operation that involves the punitive sale of rebel defender Nikola Maksimovic.
Tuttosport reports a snippet from his agent Jonathan Barnett, who was asked whether the move was going to happen. “It's certainly a possibility,” was the agent's response.
Torino will reportedly try and close the deal today, although the problem of Hart's salary must be resolved.
The 29-year-old currently earns €4m yearly, which is a bit too much for the Italians, but the two clubs may settle if Manchester City are willing to cover half of that amount.
