It’s reported that Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis wants to buy a club abroad, probably in the Belgian second division.
The Pozzo family which owns Udinese also owns English Premier League side Watford, and formerly owned Spanish side Granada.
According to Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli, De Laurentiis is looking to follow a similar model, buying a club where young players can develop before potentially joining Napoli.
The Partenopei’s official radio station suggests this will be a Belgian second division club, but no name was provided.

These clubs include New York City FC and Melbourne City, while the group also owns 44 per cent of Girona.
