Join us for all the build-up and action as it happens from today’s three Serie A games, Cagliari-Bologna, Lecce-Verona and the massive Milan-Napoli.
We begin at 17.30 GMT with two fixtures, as Bologna are limping along before the trip to Cagliari, while Lecce are in crisis against struggling Verona.
All eyes on San Siro at 19.45 GMT when Milan missing several key players welcome Antonio Conte’s leaders Napoli.
“I realise there are expectations, but if you go where there are difficulties. I think Tottenham did incredibly well, because they were ninth when I arrived and we got into the Champions League. The two years after I left, which was for personal reasons, they did not qualify for the Champions League.
“I think I achieved a lot there too. If people ask me for miracles, then I can speed them up and get the best out of the squad, but that doesn’t necessarily mean we can win. I think I got the maximum possible out of that Tottenham side.”

5 – Napoli have won five games in a row in Serie A for the first time since February 2023 (eight on that case); furthermore, only Barcelona (10) have won more matches than the Partenopei (eight) in the top-5 European leagues this season. Path.#MilanNapoli pic.twitter.com/Uagx5xG983

Milan have lost 5 of their 12 competitive games this season. They won 5 too.
Milan have a game in hand, but are still 11 points off leaders Napoli already.
The Partenopei have now won nine of their last 10 competitive matches, scoring 23 goals and conceding only two between Serie A and the Coppa Italia, drawing 0-0 away to Juventus.
It is a particularly remarkable run considering their campaign started with a 3-0 defeat to Verona, but they haven’t looked back since.
Romelu Lukaku and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia had it locked down by half-time. The leaders keep marching on, Fonseca will be questioned on his Milan decisions.
Serie A | Milan 0-2 Napoli: Lukaku and Kvaratskhelia crush Rossoneri
Zerbin and Folorunsho on for Napoli, which seems a tad futile at this stage, Olivera and Gilmour off.
Musah has a pop from distance, but it’s well over the bar.
Pulisic cuts inside and has a go, but easy smother for Meret.
Into 5 minutes of stoppages.
Camarda on for Loftus-Cheek. Milan unleash their teenage striker.
Chukwueze shrugged off Olivera down the right and pulled back to just inside the area, where Pulisic fired over!
Leao might well nudge Mazzocchi off the ball, but the referee allows it to continue and his screamer is fingertipped over the bar by Meret!
A team move concludes with the Anguissa daisy-cutter from the edge of the box that SKIMS the far post!
More trouble for Milan, Thiaw has cramp. Reminder he’s playing because Gabbia is injured.
Lukaku and Kvaratskhelia off, Simeone and David Neres on for Napoli.
That Milan pressure is building, series of crosses and clearances, but this is an Antonio Conte team’s wheelhouse.
Leao breaks down the left and tries to roll across, cut out by Rrahmani.
First yellow card of the game and it is for Matias Olivera for time-wasting. It’s been a very good-tempered match so far.
Di Lorenzo cross flashes past everyone and goes out of play to boot.
