Despite not starting, Luka Modric lifts the Super Cup as Real Madrid captain.
Real Madrid receive their medals, the first time ever a club has won the UEFA Super Cup six times.
Real Madrid stand and show respect as Atalanta receive their medals, with coach Gian Piero Gasperini leading the way.
Jude Bellingham named Man of the Match.

Atalanta now waiting to get their medals, then do a guard of honour for Real Madrid.
Atalanta have gone under the section of their supporters to salute them and the fans seem thankful for the performance. Let us never forget where this club comes from and that before Gasperini arrived, they were basically trying just to avoid sliding back into Serie B.
Atalanta held out for almost an hour and forced a stunning Thibaut Courtois save, but eventually capitulated to Kylian Mbappé and Carlo Ancelotti’s Real Madrid in the UEFA Super Cup https://t.co/CgvYdjJmKP #RMAATA #RealMadrid #Atalanta #RealMadridAtalanta #SuperCup

That’s it, Carlo Ancelotti wins yet another piece of silverware with Real Madrid. Atalanta held out for an hour, but Federico Valverde and Kylian Mbappe’ finally broke them down. If only that Pasalic header had gone in…
Into 2 minutes of stoppages in Warsaw.
Palestra and Manzoni on, Hien and Pasalic off.
That’s who Atalanta had on the bench.
Bellingham, Vinicius and Carvajal off for Real Madrid.
Ceballos, Arda Guler and Lucas Vazquez on.
Cross into the box, Godfrey rather scuffs the attempted volley…
Another good Lookman run, finds Retegui, but the ricochet off the defender does not go his way.
Atalanta fans still singing loudly. They’re glad just to be here and, quite frankly, had a very good performance for an hour.
Mbappe replaced by Brahim Diaz.
A very odd move there. Vinicius dummy, he gets to the by-line, ball might’ve gone out of play, it hit the defender and went in a very strange direction across the face of goal.
Carvajal turns towards Lookman in a rage after a coming together. Didn’t seem particularly bad. Bakker did well to literally grab Carvajal and stop him going further. Ref didn’t even give a free kick, which just irritated him even more.
Modric replaces Rodrygo.
Cross from the left for Atalanta, it skims the head of Retegui, then Godfrey gets in front of his defender to prod towards goal, cleared by Militao.
Musso save on a Rodrygo flick with the outside of the boot, again a chance created by Bellingham.
IT JUST HAD TO BE HIM!
Kylian Mbappé scores on his Real Madrid debut ⚪️👏

Rolled across from the left by Bakker, Courtois and the defender somehow combine to stop the Atalanta player tapping in from six yards.
