Paulo Dybala is still not fit to start for Roma, so Romelu Lukaku is supported by Tommaso Baldanzi against Genoa’s Mateo Retegui.
It kicks off at the Stadio Olimpico at 19.45 UK time (18.45 GMT).
This has been a mixed campaign for the Giallorossi, as while they reached the Europa League semi-finals, they were beaten by Bayer Leverkusen and now Atalanta have sealed the last Champions League spot.
However, there is still a chance sixth could be worth the Champions League if Atalanta win the Final next Wednesday and finish fifth in Serie A.
Dybala is still not fully fit after that muscular injury, so Baldanzi and Lorenzo Pellegrini support Lukaku, while the season is over for Leonardo Spinazzola.
Genoa have been comfortably mid-table most of the campaign and just renewed Alberto Gilardino’s contract.
Ruslan Malinovskyi, Vitinha, Mattia Bani and Alan Matturro are out of action, but Retegui and Caleb Ekuban lead the attack.
Albert Gudmundsson is only on the bench after suffering from flu symptoms.
