PSV submitted an offer to Napoli for Hirving Lozano, but their first proposal was reportedly rejected by the Scudetto holders.

The 28-year-old Mexican winger has been heavily linked with a move away from the Campania capital this summer, attracting the attention of multiple clubs including some from the MLS and others from Saudi Arabia.

With less than a week to go until the end of the summer transfer window, Lozano is still a part of Rudi Garcia’s Napoli squad, entering the final 10 months of his contract.

As reported by TMW, PSV submitted a €10m offer to Napoli for Lozano but it was rejected, with the club wanting a fee closer to €15m with a 25% future resale clause attached.

For now, no second offer has been presented and a move seems unlikely to materialise. Two offers have already arrived from the MLS, who are keen to welcome him on a free transfer next summer, but an offer in the winter could speed up his exit.
