Milan are hoping to make a few more sales this summer and one player they’re keen to cut is Charles De Ketelaere, Tuttosport claims.
The Belgian midfielder joined the Rossoneri last year from Club Brugge in a deal worth around €35m total, being a key target of former directors Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara.
He failed to live up to expectations in his first season in Milan, providing just one assist across 40 appearances in all competitions, often disappearing in matches.
As reported by Tuttosport via TMW, Milan are listening to offers for De Ketelaere and are hoping to cut their losses by selling him this summer.
The 22-year-old is wanted by some clubs in England but cannot leave for less than €28m, the amount needed to avoid incurring a capital loss. Other Serie A clubs are also interested in the Belgian talent, including Atalanta.
The recent departures of Maldini and Massara have lowered the amount of trust in De Ketelaere by the Milan management.
