The Curva Nord section of the Inter supporters have warned the club that ‘patience is growing thin’ amidst a poor run of form that has left coach Simone Inzaghi fighting for his job.

Inter’s results have deteriorated in the league over recent weeks, having picked up just three points from their last five outings in Serie A and Inter are set to part ways with Inzaghi, unless he can pull off a ‘miracle’ in the latter stages of the Champions League.

In a story on instagram, the ultras have threatened to ‘hold everybody accountable’ and ‘treat them as they deserve’ if the club fails to reach the minimum targets the supporters have specified in their post.

The Curva Nord demands that Inter win the Coppa Italia, finish in the top four of Serie A and qualify for the semi-finals of the Champions League.

The statement read: “Coppa Italia, passage to the next round and qualification for the Champions League last resort.

“We have always given support, we have never for one second stopped being close to the team even after the worst results of the season, but patience has an end”

“We will stand by our colours once again but be clear that patience is over and if these results are not achieved, we will hold everyone accountable and treat them as they deserve. Respect our jersey and our history, those who don’t give everything don’t give anything.”
