West Ham are seriously interested in signing Joaquin Correa in the summer and Inter are considering picking up Riccardo Orsolini to replace him, reports detail.

The 28-year-old Correa has never looked particularly convincing in Lombardy following his €31m total move from Lazio in August 2021, scoring just nine goals across 62 appearances for the club.

Inter are preparing to reinvent their attack in the summer, needing to replace Romelu Lukaku and possibly Edin Dzeko in their frontline, and plans are already being made.

La Gazzetta dello Sport details how Inter have set their sights on Orsolini, believing he’d be a strong addition to the squad, even if he isn’t a perfect fit for Simone Inzaghi’s 3-5-2 system.

The 26-year-old Italian winger’s contract expires with Bologna in June 2024 and renewal talks have hit a slight roadblock over his wages, meaning a summer departure cannot be ruled out.

For Correa, David Moyes’ West Ham are big fans of the Argentinian forward and are expected to make a move in the summer, with Aston Villa also keeping a close eye on the 28-year-old.
