Fiorentina have reportedly reached an agreement with Real Madrid over a loan deal for Alvaro Odriozola, who should arrive in Florence for his medical tomorrow.

Sky Sport Italia journalist Gianluca Di Marzio reports the 25-year-old arrives from Los Blancos on a dry loan, without any conditions.

Fiorentina expect the Spanish defender’s arrival in Florence already on Friday morning, when the former Real Sociedad man will carry out his medical with the Viola and sign the deal with the Serie A side.

Odriozola arrived for a reported €30m from Sociedad in July 2018 and spend the last six months of 2019-20 on loan with Bayern Munich in the German Bundesliga.

The right-back has played 43 competitive games with Madrid, scoring three times in the process, and contributing 10 assists.

He was given five games with Bayern during his time in Germany and has played seven times in the Champions League so far.
