Roma striker Edin Dzeko has tested negative for coronavirus and will re-join the squad, as Chris Smalling returns to training.
Good news for coach Paulo Fonseca, who has Smalling back in training today, as the former England international has recovered from food poisoning.
In addition to the news about the centre-back, Dzeko has confirmed he is negative for COVID-19.
“Finally, negative! I can’t wait to get back in training with my teammates and help them playing so well,” he wrote on Twitter.

Dzeko had been tested daily ahead of the 3-0 win against Parma but didn’t return in time for Sunday’s clash at the Olimpico.
Before the Bosnia international can return to training, he must undergo a fitness test.
