“We are still going to play a beautiful Euro 2020,” Mancini told Rai Uno. “We hope to fill up the stadiums with spectators and we will make a good impression.”
During the Top 10 show on Rai Uno, he went on to list his favourite players and coaches from his own career as a player.
Coaches: “In third place, I put Tarcisio Burgnich, who gave me my debut in Serie A. He had courage to put me on at 16.
“At second, Vujadin Boskov. It was a great experience and he made us win the championship with Sampdoria.
“First, I have Sven-Göran Eriksson. He was like a brother to me. They are all different coaches and I learned a lot from them.
Players: “At third I have Ronaldo, he was a phenomenon, I played with him. At second, I have [Gianluca] Vialli, a brother. Obviously at first place I have to say Diego Armando Maradona.”
