Fiorentina have reportedly failed in their attempts to sign Sporting CP winger Raphinha and Liverpool striker Bobby Duncan.
Fiorentina were working to bridge the gap with Sporting over their valuation of Raphinha, amidst confidence they would agree a fee in the region of €20m.
However, Record warns the Portuguese side have ‘closed the door’ on the Brazilian leaving this summer and that they will only consider selling him for his €60m release clause.

It is a similar situation to that of teammate Bruno Fernandes, who was priced out of moves to the likes of Manchester United and Real Madrid earlier in the summer.
As for Duncan, The Liverpool Echo claims the Reds threw out the Viola’s proposal of a season-long loan with a €1.8m option to buy as they rate him highly.
The 18-year-old joined the Champions League holders from Manchester City last summer and scored 25 goals for their Under-18 team in 2018-19.
He is also the cousin of Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard.
