Boca Juniors President Daniel Angelici reveals “Inter are prepared to leave Agustin Almendra here for two years,” giving them the upper hand over Napoli.
The midfielder turns 19 next month and has only recently broken into the Boca first team.
“Almendra has a €30m release clause and has just signed a new contract, so we’re waiting for him to return from the Under-20 South American competition,” Angelici told Radio La Red.

“As part of their proposal, Inter said they are prepared to leave Almendra here for two years, so we could talk about that. However, we have no need to sell.”
According to Ole’s report on Sunday, Inter’s offer was worth €15m and the chance to keep Almendra on loan at Boca until December 2019, but it seems to be an even longer gestation period.
