Napoli are exchanging documents with Real Betis for Fabian Ruiz, paying the €30m release clause after he flew in for a medical.
According to Sky Sport Italia, the deal is done and the paperwork is signed.
The 22-year-old midfielder already arrived in Naples today via cruise ship with his family.

With the €30m release clause pledged and a five-year contract worth €2.5m per year defined, they are now just awaiting a medical over the next couple of days.
He'll become the third most expensive signing in the club's history after Gonzalo Higuain (€37m) and Arkadiusz Milik (€32m).
Fabian’s arrival also effectively paves the way for Jorginho to complete his transfer to Manchester City for around €53m plus bonuses.
