Liverpool are reportedly targeting Lazio goalkeeper Thomas Strakosha, but the asking price for the Albanian is €40m.
It is no secret that the Reds are seeking a new shot-stopper after Loris Karius howlers, but first choice Alisson Becker of Roma is considered too expensive at €80m – and closer to Real Madrid anyway.
Now Sportitalia claim that Liverpool have turned their attention towards the other goalkeeper in Rome’s Stadio Olimpico.

Strakosha is only 23 years old, but is the son of legendary Albania international Foto Strakosha.
He already has 59 Serie A appearances under his belt, keeping 17 clean sheets, and came up through Lazio’s youth academy.
The asking price for Strakosha is believed to be in the region of €40m, as the Aquile and their President Claudio Lotito drive a hard bargain.
